Alysha Moroni is originally from the Boston area. She sees her ministry as shepherding youth to understand themselves as an essential part of God’s essential church. Her passion for God and God’s people developed over time as she was drawn to Jesus through the love of a friend’s family during her middle school years. She has a BA in Christian Studies (with a concentration in Youth Ministry) from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and comes to us from a large non-denominational church in the Phoenix area, where she served for three years, first as the student ministry associate and as the student ministries director. 

Alysha comes from a Catholic background, and has attended and served in a variety of Protestant churches. For the past couple of years she has felt drawn to the Anglican/ Episcopalian way, learning all she can and growing familiar with the Book of Common Prayer. She is bursting with energy and ideas for establishing connection with our youth both through boisterous fun (Sonic runs, pickle ball tournaments) and smaller groups tackling all the deep issues that come up.
